I started Kaitlyn in routine for going to bed over the weekend. Around 8:30 or so I take her upstairs, change her into her pjs, read her some books, sing her some songs, depending on the last time she ate she gets a bottle. Then into the bed she goes. She has done really well, she has gone right to sleep most nights and only really cried if something was wrong (like she was hungry or needed a new diaper). She will even sleep through the night until sometime around 7.
It's crazy we actually have time to do things after she goes to bed! Now if I could only learn to go to bed as well....:-)
